Austin Bentson

Austin has spent nearly a decade supporting Veracross customers. He earned a BA in Business Administration from Gordon College and has held several roles at Veracross, including Account Manager, Manager of Account Managers, and Sr. Manager of Customer Success. In those roles, he worked closely with clients on everything from onboarding and training to technical support and operational consulting—all with the goal of helping them get the most value from their Veracross solutions.

Today, Austin is the Founder of GuidePoint Consulting LLC, where he partners with K–12 schools and consulting firms to help them streamline workflows, strengthen collaboration, and maximize the impact of their Veracross systems.

He lives in Beverly, Massachusetts, with his wife and young kids. Outside of work, he loves sports, staying active, and spending quality family time. Honesty, integrity, and transparency are at the heart of how he works, and he is always focused on helping clients achieve their goals. At his core, he’s guided by strong personal beliefs that inspire him to treat people with kindness and respect, and to give his best in everything he does.
