Alek Duba

Alek Duba first interacted with Veracross in middle school: reviewing assignments in the student portal. After using Veracross as a student, Alek went on to teach at a Veracross school in Haverhill, MA, where he taught high school Spanish and coached Varsity Girls soccer.

More than three years of teaching later, Alek  started working at Veracross as an account manager in 2018. During his tenure at Veracross, he supported over 20 clients, managed over 10 CRM conversions,  and performed numerous module installations. He later transitioned to the Knowledge Management team working on Veracross University (maybe you have heard Alek talking about merging duplicate records).

After over 2.5 years at Veracross, Alek started working at Montclair Kimberley Academy, a private Pre-K-12 school in Northern New Jersey in the summer of 2020. He took over the implementation of Veracross and managed the many changes in the face of the pandemic in his first year (never want to do that again!).

In 2022, Aleksandr started Three’s Company, an enterprise that assists schools in applying/implementing Veracross best practices and managing substantial CRM conversions.
