Aleksandr Duba
Alek Duba transitioned from being a student user of Veracross to an educator, and eventually a Veracross account manager and Knowledge Management team member. In 2020, he joined Montclair Kimberley Academy (MKA) to lead their Veracross implementation through the pandemic, where he now serves as the Database Coordinator and JV Girls Soccer coach. Based in Brooklyn, NY, Alek enjoys roasting coffee, playing soccer and chess, and SCUBA diving.

William Stites, TLIS
Bill Stites is the Director of Technology at Montclair Kimberley Academy, bringing three decades of educational technology experience to his role. Transitioning from a classroom teacher to an independent consultant, he has helped dozens of schools with database management, technology audits, and systems implementation. Bill is also a dedicated ATLIS volunteer, having helped design their leadership certifications and co-hosting the Talking Technology with ATLIS podcast.

Josh Berberian is Director of Institutional Research at The Episcopal Academy, where he leads the school's data strategy, reporting, and analytics work. He brings six years of IR experience to that role, including a CIRIS fellowship and co-authorship of an E.E. Ford Foundation-funded guidebook on institutional research practice in independent schools. He presents regularly at national conferences including NAIS and ATLIS. Before moving into IR, Josh spent over three decades teaching and leading mathematics programs. He holds an undergraduate degree in mathematics from Brown University and a masters in Mathematics for Teaching from the Harvard Extension School.
